Returns & Refunds

• R&H ensures that all products are sent in the best conditions possible after a due quality check. 
• Please note most of our products are handmade & may have certain irregularities as a natural outcome of human involvement. 
• We do not offer returns/exchanges for the products delivered in perfect conditions.
• In case the product is delivered damaged or different from the one that was purchased, we are happy to refund or exchange for a product of a similar value or replace with the same product if it is in stock. 
• The return courier charges for sending the product back to us will be bonre by the customer. On replacement/refunding R&H will cover the charges for you. 
• We request you to send bak the product in it's original condition please.
